2. General Refund Principle

Due to the instant, digital, and personalized nature of our services, all sales are typically final. Refunds are granted only under specific exceptions.

3. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility by Service Type

3.1 Subscription Plans

3.1.1 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for already charged billing cycles.

3.1.2 Refunds

  • No refunds for the current active billing period.
  • Free Trial: If you cancel during trial, no charges apply.

3.2 One-Time Digital Products

Digital personalized reports are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Therefore, all sales are final once report generation begins.

3.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error prevents access to a paid service, we may provide either a replacement service or a refund after internal verification.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

4.2 Request a Refund

  • Your full name and registered email
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund request

Response time: 5–7 business days.

5. ASTRO247 Wallet Credits

In special cases, instead of a monetary refund, wallet credits may be issued. Credits do not expire.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ASTRO247 provides insights for personal reflection and entertainment. We do not replace professional advice.

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last six months.
